Please be aware that we are a Certified Location (CL) site for the Caravan and Motorhome Club  and will ask for your membership number when you book.

We have found that it is a lot more efficient for ourselves and guests if we take full payment for your stay on booking. 

Our cancellation policy is; at least 28 day’s notice is required for a full refund, should you need to cancel your booking for any reason. 

In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, your booking is only cancelled once you receive a confirmation email from us.

If you leave a voicemail, text or email to say that you wish to cancel your booking, your booking is not cancelled until you receive a confirmation email.

If you need to cancel your booking, for any reason, but provide less than 28 day’s notice but more than 7 day’s notice , a refund will be made minus the value of one nights stay (to cover the cost of administration and loss of earnings).

We are the only place with our postcode GL56 9LN and should be straight forward to find.

As farmers we are quite busy (!) and ask guests to help themselves to the caravan site upon their arrival.  Any problems then please do call us.
